Shifting Focus: Scaling Back & Moving Forward

In this episode, I announce a significant change in our business direction. I have decided to scale back my construction business, reducing it to only 10-25% of its previous capacity. Although I'm no longer taking on new clients, I will still be serving my current clients and completing their ongoing projects. My focus is now shifting towards the online business space, particularly coaching and marketing.

I am in the process of creating a unique program that combines coaching and marketing to assist small business owners in building their businesses to support the lifestyle they desire. Previously, my podcast, the Constructive Liberty podcast, revolved around designing a lifestyle of freedom through intentional living. Now, I aim to extend that help to small business owners as well.

My year-long program is designed to guide those who aspire to start their own business. Within the program, I help individuals discover their strengths, talents, and purpose, and then assist them in building a business around these key elements. Additionally, I offer support in website building, marketing strategies, and social media management.

My ultimate goal is to empower more people to pursue their own businesses, allowing them to do work that they are passionate about.
